ADHESIVE
We were not able to find strong adhesives that satisfy our high standards, therefore we import extremely strong glue that resists shocks, harsh car washes, and any weather conditions(-76F to 248F) so you don't have to worry about crystals falling off. The license plate frame lasts for years unlike the majority of bling license plate frames that are made in China.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
This is a hand made item and it takes up to 5 business days for the frame to be ready to ship.
Please understand that we set crystals one by one and each frame looks slightly different.
All of our frames are securly wrapped in bubble wrap and mailed out in either padded envelope or a box.
we require 2 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it and estimated delivery time is between 5 to 11 business days.

To begin initiating a return, within 15 business days of delivery, please reach out to our customer support team at contact support@hevout.com to confirm the return. The address will be sent by email when the application is submitted.
● Return the new, unopened items to us within 15 business days of delivery.
● Simply contact our support team at contact support@hevout.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
● Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
● Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
● Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item unless there is something wrong with the goods.
● Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

● We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.

● Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address.
● Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
● We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
● Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
● We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
● Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
● Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
● All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by customizlab cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
● Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at contact support@hevout.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
● The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
